E-Poster must be submitted in JPEG/PNG format Only.
E-Poster should be in the ratio of 4000px width x 2250px height (16:9) in Landscape Orientation. (High Resolution)
E-Poster should be organized into the following paragraphs: Title; authors, objective, materials, and methods, results, conclusion.
The heading should include the abstract title, author names, and institution (Use large, legible letters)
Your submitted e-Poster will be available in the E-poster platform for the participants during the conference.
Hyperlinks, animated images, and animations are not permitted for E-Posters.
The panel of judges will evaluate & mark all the E-posters, The best Two e-posters will select for the Prize.
Guidelines for Oral Presentations
The abstract presenter must register for the conference. If you have not registered yet, please register as soon as possible. Please ignore it if you are already registered.
Non-registered delegate will be ineligible for Oral presentation.
Presentation time: 08 minutes followed by Q & A 02 minutes
As this is a competitive event, any extra time will entail a negative marking. Participants are hence requested to adhere to the timing strictly.
Limit your slides to 15 slides (including Intro and Thank-you slide)
The format for the slide should include an introduction, aims, objectives, methodology, results, and discussion.
The selected abstract presenter for Oral Presentation will be awarded with the ISNO Travel grant of INR 5000/- only after the presentation.
The abstract presenter must be a bona-fide ISNO member to receive ISNO Travel Grant. Those who are not ISNO members as yet can become members by filling and submitting their membership forms along with applicable membership fees.
The Top Two Oral Presentations in each Category would receive the 1st (INR 10000) and 2nd (INR 5000) prize respectively.
The winners of Oral Presentation to be announced on the last day of the conference.
